The minimum monthly wage according to paragraph 3, paragraph 1, of Decree 44/2011 XII.16 of the Ministry of the Interior on the establishment of the minimum wage to be paid to third-country workers employed with an EU Blue Card and on the amendment of certain ministerial decrees on labor matters will be 1.001.048 HUF, while the minimum monthly wage according to paragraph 3, paragraph 2, of the Decree 44/2011 XII.16 of the Ministry of the Interior will be 800.838 HUF from January 1, 2026. The employer must follow the earnings indicated above every year regarding the earnings of third-country nationals employed with an EU Blue Card.
