Immigration services

During our many years of working within the relocation industry, our experience has been that Clients are not always aware that the legal stay and work of a foreign employee starts with meeting local administrative requirements for both EU and third-country citizens. If you are a member of an HR team, arranging the onboarding of one or more foreign citizens or you are the foreign assignee personally, our immigration services can make sure that the employment can be started as soon as possible.

Remode Relocation Kft. immigration services
This procedure begins at the moment you inform the team of Remode of the employment of a new assignee. Once having our Immigration Questionnaires completed by all parties involved in the relocation process, Remode will be able to advise on the appropriate steps for immigration formalities.
\
At the beginning of each case Remode sends the expected fees for approval. Once fees are approved, Remode will provide full guidance on which documents are required, how to prepare them and the timeline involved.
C
Remode will also assist with verification of provided documents, preparation of applications, submission of documents with the assignee and collection of issued permits with the assignee.
C
Once Remode receives the necessary information from Home and Host Company HR, Remode will send forms and applications for signature. Remode will also physically assist with the completion of all relevant application forms to ensure a smooth, hassle-free process.
C

Remode will submit application forms with supporting documents and inform the assignee and / or family members about any future appointments that are necessary for them to attend while accompanying the assignee to the appointments.

Once the necessary permit(s) have been obtained, they will be tracked until delivered to the Client and uploaded into Remode’s system to allow centralization of the records, track expiration date and notify the client when permits need to be renewed.

Remode Relocation Apostille image
Apostille

Are you aware of what an apostille is? When a foreign citizen needs to get a document authenticated, in certain cases authorities may ask the document to be provided with an internationally accepted certified authentication. That authentication is called an apostille. Requirements of an apostille are regulated by the international apostille Convention.
Among many others, diplomas, marriage & birth certificates may need apostille authentication. Not all documents need apostille but Remode will check in case there is a need to apostille your documents for your relocation process.
